As long as the property is photo ready and some form of access has been given to the photographer, the agent does NOT need to be present.
Turn around is 24 to 48 hours. Typically we deliver photos the next day and usually before 5pm.

Yes, If there is something you would like to make sure we capture feel free to ask or add in the notes while ordering.
Yes, you are welcome to use the photos in any print or online marketing. Pix by Painter will continue to own the copywrite. Resale of the photos is prohibited. We can also provide you with a property release document stating the terms.
Payment is due at the time of photo delivery.
There will be a link to pay to download when the photos are ready. You can pay with Credit Card, check online. Check and cash will also be accepted prior to the photo shoot.

All our photos are professionally edited. We include blue sky replacements, fires in fireplaces, and true view out windows. We can also add photos to a TV screen upon request.
Pix by Painter includes blue sky replacements for exteriors for cloudy or even sunny days (depending on where the sun is).
We can still shoot in light rain, however heavier rains or snow may show up in photos.
You will not be charged for rain or snow related schedule changes. Re-scheduling times could vary depending on the time of year.
